Postdoctoral Fellow Position at Western University - Physical Therapy
A postdoctoral fellow position is available to work with MSK Rehab Research Network NPI Dr. Joy MacDermid (Physical Therapy, Western University) at the Hand and Upper Limb Centre Clinical Research Laboratory at St. Joseph’s Hospital, London, Ontario. The research involves a series of coordinated clinical, and knowledge translation research activities that address distal radius fracture management to develop an evidence-based algorithm for initial care and optimizing of physical activity/bone health.
Candidates should have completed their PhD and must have a strong background/experience in musculoskeletal health, clinical research, and statistics. Excellent communication skills (written and oral) are required. A track record in publication is required. Experience in longitudinal data analysis and patient assessment is preferred.
START DATE: April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2019 (possibility of earlier start or extension, depending on funding)
