Sustaining BJI activities is always a priority as we continue to strive for lifelong mobility through breakthroughs and discoveries made possible through transdisciplinary research.
The initial university investment of $5 million into the Western Cluster of Research Excellence in Musculoskeletal Health ends in 2019. This support has been crucial to driving high-impact interdisciplinary research in our team of strong researchers from across five faculties. The funds provide the team with additional personnel, resources, and infrastructure to attract, retain, and mentor future leaders in bone and joint health.
