Radovan Zdero, PhD, CEng, MIMechE, is a Professor of biomechanical engineering at London Health Sciences Centre and Western University, London, ON, Canada. He uses computational modeling and experimental testing to analyze the mechanical stresses on the spine, bones, joints, orthopaedic implants, and new biomaterials. He is able to officially supervise master's and/or doctoral students through the Department of Surgery or the Department of Mechanical and Materials Engineering. His research articles have been published in journals like the Journal of Biomechanical Engineering, Journal of Engineering in Medicine, and Medical Engineering and Physics, among others. He is also the editor of a unique step-by-step guidebook for researchers, professors, and industry leaders titled "Experimental Methods in Orthopaedic Biomechanics".
